So, like, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was at this protest rally in Belagavi, right? And then, get this, he totally raised his hand at a police officer. Crazy, right? And now there’s this video of it going around on social media. Apparently, there was some chaos at the venue where Siddaramaiah was supposed to speak, and that’s why he got all angry and raised his hand at the officer. Talk about drama!
In the video, you can see Siddaramaiah looking all frustrated and pointing his finger at the officer. He was like, “Hey, come here, who’s the SP? What are you guys doing?” The tension was real, man. And then, to make things even more interesting, a few women who were supposedly BJP activists started shouting slogans against the government and waving a black cloth. It was like a scene from a movie or something.
And get this, the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Narayan Bharamani was actually called to the stage by Siddaramaiah himself. He wanted to address the situation right then and there. Talk about taking charge, huh?
After all that drama, the JDS, you know, that other political party, they went on X (formerly Twitter) to slam Siddaramaiah for his behavior. They were all like, “Dude, you need to chill out. You can’t just go around raising your hand at a police officer in public. Not cool.” They even told him to apologize and get his act together. Ouch, that’s gotta hurt.
And then the Karnataka BJP spokesperson, Vijay Prasad, he really let Siddaramaiah have it. He said, “Raising your hand at a police officer? Seriously, man, that’s just not right. Your arrogance has no limits. You need to apologize right now.” Talk about throwing shade, right?
Prasad also mentioned how Siddaramaiah’s thirst for power is clouding his judgment and making him do all these crazy things. It’s like power is going to his head or something. Not a good look for a leader, that’s for sure.
So yeah, that’s the whole crazy story. Siddaramaiah raising his hand at a police officer, the JDS and BJP calling him out, all that drama. Politics, man, it’s a wild ride.
But hey, who am I to judge, right? Just reporting the facts, folks. Wild times in Karnataka, that’s for sure.
